The AntiSpin It filter creates spiral effects on your selected artwork. Although it's overall effect is similar to the Spin It filter, this filter increases the amount of the spin as you move outward from the middle of the artwork. A way to think of the difference between the two is this: AntiSpin creates spiral galaxies, Spin creates black hole vortexes.
The Degrees slider lets you change the amount of the spin. Any value between -1000° and 1000° will work. At the center of the artwork, the spin effect will be 0; at the outside edges, it will be whatever this slider says.
